台式藜麥蛋餅

食材

麵糊
  • 3/4杯中筋麵粉
  • 兩湯匙粟粉
  • 1/4茶匙岩鹽
  • 一隻大雞蛋
  • 3/4杯室温水
  • 兩湯匙熟藜麥
  • 半杯蔥花
饀料
  • 四隻大雞蛋
  • 一片火腿
  • 四片車打芝士(切達起司)
  • 四湯匙茄汁焗豆或都粟米粒(玉米粒)
煮食油
  • 四湯匙初榨橄欖油

烹飪步驟

把青蔥洗净切成蔥花備用。

把3/4杯中筋麵粉倒進大碗裏,加兩湯匙粟粉和1/4茶匙岩鹽。

在麵粉中再加一隻雞蛋,然後稍加攪拌。

一邊攪拌一邊倒入3/4杯室温水。

麵糊攪均匀了就加藜麥和蔥花,拌好備用。

將一片火腿切成四條。

把四片車打芝士全部切成兩片。

燒熱平底鍋,加一湯匙橄欖油,然後倒一大勺麵糊在鍋內,轉動平底鍋讓麵糊形成一張圓餅。在上面加一隻雞蛋。

用鍋鏟搗破蛋黃,讓蛋汁蓋住蛋餅。再在中間放一條火腿。

然後放一湯匙茄汁焗豆或者粟米在火腿上。

再蓋上兩片芝士。

之後將蛋餅兩邊翻向中間,形成捲狀。
