烤火腿焗豆三文治飛碟

食材

  • 兩片麥包
  • 兩片黑椒火腿
  • 兩湯匙茄汁焗豆
  • 兩湯匙車打芝士碎(切達乳酪)或者一片車打芝士
  • 大約15克無鹽牛油切成小塊 (黃油)

烹飪步驟

Cut off the crust of two slices of brown bread

把兩片麥包的皮切掉備用。

Halve two slices of black pepper ham diagonally

兩片火腿對角切成四個三角形。

Brush melted unsalted butter all over a toasties maker

開啟三明治機,放一小塊牛油,然後把溶化的牛油塗匀。

放一片麵包在三明治機裏,再放一層火腿,兩片三角形火腿中間留一條空隙。

Putting some grated Cheddar cheese on the toasties and lay another layer of ham on top

在火腿上每邊放一湯匙焗豆,再放碎芝士,最後蓋上另一片麵包。

Cover all the stuffings with another piece of brown bread and put a knob of unsalted butter on top

將三明治機合上烤大約五分鐘。

然後打開蓋子再在三明治上塗一次牛油。
