三種美味奇亞籽布丁食譜

  • ¼杯有機奇亞籽
  • 1杯無糖椰子奶
  • 1/8茶匙純香草精(雲妮拿油)
  • 60% 黑巧克力 (朱古力)
  • 1茶匙純椰子油
  • 少許海鹽
  • 少許肉桂粉
  • ¼ 杯杏仁 (扁桃仁)

漿果奇亞籽布丁食材

  • ¼ 杯有機奇亞籽
  • 1 杯無糖椰子奶
  • 1/8 茶匙純香草精
  • 1 杯士多啤梨蓉(草莓)
  • ¼ 杯藍莓
  • 1 茶匙純蜂蜜

乾果奇亞籽布丁食材

  • ¼ 杯有機奇亞籽
  • 1 杯無糖杏仁奶
  • ¼ 杯南瓜籽和葵花籽
  • 1 個杏脯
  • 1 個無花果乾
  • 1 茶匙楓糖漿

烹飪步驟

三種口味的奇亞籽布丁開始的步驟都一樣,先把1/4杯奇亞籽放進一個玻璃瓶罐裏,也可以用其他容器。

再把1杯椰子奶或者杏仁奶倒進去,也可以用其他奶類飲品。我喜歡用椰子奶來做巧克力奇亞籽布丁和漿果奇亞籽布丁,用杏仁奶做乾果亞籽布丁,因為味道比較配合。如果覺得布丁太稠了,可以在放配料前再加一些奶,調到自己喜歡的稀稠度。

另外,我會在巧克力奇亞籽布丁和漿果奇亞籽布丁裏加一點純香草精。

把奇亞籽、奶和香草精攪勻,靜置10分鐘後再攪拌一下,防止奇亞籽黏在一起。

之後蓋上罐子,把布丁放進冰箱最少兩小時,我一般會放一晚。

在平底鍋裏用慢火把果仁和種子烘香脆。先把杏仁放進去烘大約五分鐘,然後加入南瓜子和葵花子,再烘三分鐘就好了。把果仁和種子放涼。

接著在平底鍋加水燒開,然後在裡面放上一個大碗,加入黑巧克力、一小撮海鹽、純椰子油和肉桂粉。

當黑巧克力融化後,將所有食材混合均勻。備用。

將乾杏桃和無花果切碎。每一份布丁需要各一個。

將烘烤過的原味杏仁切碎備用。

把香蕉切片。

將一些草莓切碎並稍微壓成果泥。你也可以採用覆盆子。

現在,我們可以開始組合所有準備好的食材。第一種是巧克力奇亞籽布丁。將一些椰奶奇亞籽布丁放入玻璃杯或罐子中。

將黑巧克力醬淋在布丁上,並保留一些稍後淋在配料上。你可以保留這樣分層的樣子,或將醬料與布丁拌勻。之後把切片香蕉放在布丁上。

加入幾湯匙壓碎的草莓,並擠入少許純蜂蜜。

再加入一層椰奶奇亞籽。然後再放上更多壓碎的草莓。

最後一種口味是乾果奇亞籽布丁。在一個杯子裡加入幾湯匙杏仁奶奇亞籽布丁。然後加入一些切碎的乾果和烤過的種子。您可以加入幾滴楓糖漿或純蜂蜜。

烹飪貼士
